Although one of the rings was slightly too large and we decided to go for a slightly different design for the other, so we requested a return while submittine a new order. AD customer service proactively contacted us to suggest we opt for a resizing and exchange instead, as it would work out more costefficient. Needless to say we were very impressed with the customer service, which was above and beyond. I purchased a self fill ashes cross necklace, the silver chain is strong and the silver cross is solid and heavy, not thin and cheap and comes with the tools to fill it yourself, (there's also the option for Angelic to do this for you).
