We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products against defects in manufacturing and workmanship.
If the jewellery has been tampered in any way or altered by the customer, another jeweller or any other third party, the lifetime warranty and the return policy will cease to apply.
The warranty does not cover any wear and tear that might occur on an item.
If worn daily surface scratching will occur. All precious metals are extremely malleable and therefore susceptible to scratches, impact damage or misshape under pressure. This is completely normal. This type of wear and tear is not covered under our warranty. To protect your jewellery and keep it in good condition you should service your jewellery once a year to remove any surface scratches.
All diamonds and gemstones are hand set and fully checked before dispatch. Stones will not become loose, dislodged or damaged unless as a result of an impact, rough handling or damage. Loss of stones is not covered under our guarantee. We therefore recommend you fully insure your Jewellery to protect yourself against any accidental damage or loss.
